(The practice schedule below is a rough guide and could change depending on the swimmers skill level and endurance, which will be determined by the Coaches)

May 14th through May 25th (Monday - Friday)
4:30pm to 5:30pm - 10 and under
5:30pm to 6:30pm - 11 and up

May 29th through season end (Monday - Friday) (No Practice May 28th):
7:00am to 8:30am - 11 and up
8:30am to 9:30am - 10 and under

May 30 - Dacula, Cornerstone and The Elements @ Cumming
Warm-ups @ 5pm
Meets start @ 6pm

June 2 - Cumming @ Winder
Warm-ups @ 7:30 am

June 7 - Habersham, Cornerstone, and The Elements @ Cumming
Warm-ups @5pm
Meet starts @6pm

June 9 - Stingrays, Cornerstone and The Elements @ Cumming
Warm-ups @ 7am
Meet starts @ 8am

June 16th - NGSL Pentathlon:  Winder YMCA
1 session, all Age Groups
10 years and under-Warm up at 8:00am Meet starts at 9:00am
18 years and under-Warm up at 12:30pm Meet starts at 1:30pm

WOW, what a great meet this past Saturday.  There were lots of really great performances and swims turned in by the Waves.  Many of the swimmers dropped time and had the best meet of the season , , , so far.  We are really proud of all the swimmers and know that they will continue to work hard to improve for all of the upcoming meets.  It is a real pleasure to see their shining faces when they know they have turned in a good performance and that sense of accomplishment makes them feel so good inside!
